There are rooms available Wednesday, September 24 through Sunday, September 28, 2025 at all hotels. Please make your hotel reservation by calling the individual hotel reservation line or online link if provided. Bus transportation to and from the Sharonville Convention Center will be available to all members Thursday through Sunday from each of the hotels.

Please Note: For Hyatt Members who check-in online in advance and select “early check-in”, you WILL BE charged an early check in rate. This is applied by the online app and cannot be changed at the hotel. You can check in ahead at no cost. Contact the Hyatt if you have any questions. As of May 1st, there are NO handicap rooms available.
