Dear Sisters and Brothers:
On behalf of the Worthy Grand Matron, Marla Barber and Worthy Grand Patron, Ray Dennis,
we invite you to the 136th Ohio Grand Chapter Session to be held September 26-28, 2025. We
are excited to welcome you back to the Sharonville Convention Center as we celebrate this
“Bloom Where God Plants You” Grand Chapter year. This invitation is extended to ALL In
State and Out-of-State Eastern Star members. We hope you will make plans now to attend
and be a part of our Session.
The Trifold is attached. You may print it as needed, and it is available on the Ohio OES website – www.ohiooes.org under the “Grand Chapter” Tab.
Housing Members are required to make their own reservations. Hotel information can be
found on the Ohio OES website – www.ohiooes.org under the “Grand Chapter” Tab.
Registration, Meals and Grand Banquet. Registration for the 2025 Grand Chapter Session,
Meals and the Grand Banquet can be made on the Ohio OES website – www.ohiooes.org under
the “Grand Chapter” Tab. Printable forms are also available.
Other OES Group Events are listed in the Trifold. Specific organizations such as
Secretary/Treasurer’s Association, Starlinks, Buckeye Links and Lovelinks will provide the
necessary information on their meetings/meals. An Information Board in the OES Marketplace
will have announcements regarding District Open Houses hosted during the Session.
Concessions will be available for breakfast and lunch at the Grab-n-Go Snack Area throughout
the weekend located in the OES Marketplace.
We have all enjoyed the use of the big screens at Grand Chapter and Transportation to and
from Hotels to the Convention Center and this year will be no different. If you have already
contributed, THANK YOU!!! If you have not had the opportunity to contribute, I hope you will
consider a chapter, district, personal donation or a sunshine collection to help defray the
costs. Please make checks payable to the Grand Chapter of Ohio and forward them to me at
the address above.
