2026 Chapter Achievement Program Forms & Excellence In Community Service

Dear Sisters & Brothers:

There have been some updates to the 2026 Chapter Achievement Report.

• There were some inconsistencies regarding awarding points in Section E which have been corrected. The calculations in the revised Excel document are in order.

• However, the most important change is in Section E, Chapter Review, Part III Deputy Grand Matron. Currently, a chapter could not receive points if a member of their chapter was their Deputy Grand Matron. The good news is now this exception has been removed and ALL chapters can receive these points for the Chapter Review.

Hopefully, your chapter has been completing this report for June-December 2025 events. If not, it is not too late to begin the process. Just download the 2026 Chapter Achievement revised report and get started! If you need lines added or assistance with your report, please contact me at glorybe1964@gmail.com.

I have also been contacted as to who should receive the Excellence in Community Service Award. These reports should be submitted via email to Jodie Augustine at joaugie62@gmail.com. Below are some of the requirements which have caused some confusion:

• Please notice that this form requires the signature of the Worthy Matron or Chapter Secretary with the Chapter Seal. Thus, the form can be emailed but also needs to be mailed to Jodie Augustine by August 1, 2026.

• The minimum of five (5) chapter members must participate in each activity. This is not to be confused with the Chapter Achievement Report which only requires three (3) chapter members.
