Housing Information for all Members and Visitors
On May 1st, 2026, hotel rooms will be available for all members and guests to make their own hotel reservations. There are rooms available Wednesday, Sept. 23, through Sunday, Sept. 27, 2026, at all conference hotels. Please make your hotel reservation by calling the individual hotel reservation line or online link if provided. ADA Van or Bus transportation to and from the Sharonville Convention Center will be available to all members Friday through Sunday from each of the hotels.

Please Note: For Hyatt Members who check-in online in advance and select “early check-in”, you will be charged an early check-in rate. This is applied by the online app and cannot be changed at the hotel. You can check in ahead at no cost. Contact Hyatt if you have any questions.
Also, this year we are requiring a minimum paid 2-night stay, without using rewards, to book at the Hyatt.
